Cancellation/No Show Policy

We understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 12hours notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients and inform our service provider. In the event 12 hours notice is not given, we will charge $20. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Lash Refill Policy

If more than 40% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes.
